LIVRES! LIVRES! LIVRES!

LIVRES! LIVRES! LIVRES! – BOOKS! BOOKS! BOOKS!
A program of experimental short films and artist videos, curated by French artist and curator Marie-Pierre Bonniol.
Through nine very short films, books reveal themselves as maps, fanzines, manuals, foliage, libraries, calligraphic signatures, and animations—in numerous languages, but also in silence.
In this program, fish leap out of books, flowers grow between the pages, texts are typed in computer windows, children create a new map of their neighborhood, and drawings and books come to life.
A poetic, cheerful, and playful program for young and old alike!
