Interaktive Installationen und Ausstellungsprojekte, die sich mit neuen Technologien und digitalen Möglichkeiten visuell und/oder akustisch auseinandersetzen.

Die Arbeiten sollten nicht älter als drei Jahre sein. Spielerische, interaktive und subversive Ansätze sind ebenso willkommen wie kritisch-ernsthafte Positionen.

Um den Werkstatt- und Kommunikationscharakter des Festivals zu bewahren, ist die Präsentation der Arbeiten durch die Künstler und Künstlerinnen wünschenswert.

Unter den Arbeiten, die beim Festival ausgestellt werden, wird ein Jury-Preis in Höhe von 1.000 Euro verliehen. Hinzu kommen ein Publikumspreis und der kids’ choice award in Höhe von je 500 Euro.

Interactive installations and exhibition projects that visually and/or acoustically engage with new technologies and digital possibilities. The works should not be older than three years. Playful, interactive and subversive approaches are welcome as well as critical positions. In order to preserve the communicative atmosphere of the festival, the presentation of the works by the artists is encouraged. A prize of EUR 1.000 will be awarded among the works exhibited at the festival. There is also an audience award and the kids’ choice award of EUR 500.

Audiovisuelle Projekte, die der Situation der Räume gerecht werden.

a) Theater / BlackBox:

Das Publikum (max. 160 Personen) sitzt auf einer ansteigenden Tribüne im Raum, Projektionen (3 x ca. 4 x 4 m, frontal, links und rechts) sind möglich.

b) Kirchenraum (St. Thaddäus):

Klassischer Kirchenraum mit großem Altarraum und Bankbestuhlung, v.a. für akustische und leicht verstärkte Klangperformances geeignet.

c) Club – und Stadtraum:

Darüber hinaus können im Rahmen des lab.30 weitere Orte im Stadtraum und rund um den Austellungsort im Freien bespielt werden. Insbesondere gibt es auch die Möglichkeit Stadtinterventionen und Fassadenilluminationen zu präsentieren.

Furthermore, other locations in the city or open and green spaces surrounding Kulturhaus abraxas are available as exhibition venues or intervention sites. In particular, there is also the possibility to present city interventions and facade illuminations.

Innovative, technische wie künstlerische Projekte, die mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und/oder Erwachsenen innerhalb eines Vor- oder Nachmittags gemeinsam unter Anleitung erarbeitet werden.

Die Dauer des Workshops sollte 120 Minuten nicht überschreiten.

Die Materialgebühr wird von der Organisation übernommen.
